My Tab's touchscreen has stopped working after the windows 10 update. After an exhaustive research online i believe the Silead Touch Screen drivers seem to have compatibility issues with Windows 10. Many other brands have their Silead touchscreens with the same problem on updating to windows 10. The Tab came with a promise to be upgradeable to windows 10 and this happens to be one of the most well priced tabs in the market thereby making it one of the most sold. However iBall support has no idea how to solve this. To make it even worse they do not even have a Driver Download section.

There are quite a few versions of Silead Touchscreen drivers on the internet. But none of them works. Also most of the drivers have a 'sileadtouch.fw' copied to the driver folder. But the Double Driver backup I took with the old 8.1 OS did not include a 'SileadTouch.fw'. Can anyone post the correct 'SileadTouch.fw' for version: 17.11.5.47 dated: 6-29-2015 if there is such a file?
